Senior National Conference leader Mustafa Kamal on Saturday stoked a controversy saying Kashmir will be independent as neither India nor Pakistan loves the people of the Valley. “By heart, both of them do not treat us as their own. Union Minister Dr Farooq Abdullah was today re-elected president of the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA). Dr Abdullah, who had announced that he will not seek re-election, was elected president at a meeting here today.
