More than two weeks have passed when PHE, Irrigation and Flood control Minister Sham Lal Sharma claimed to have submitted his resignation to PCC Chief Prof Saif Ud Din Soz in protest against the delay caused in formulating Regularisation policy for over 60,000 casual workers in the state. While submitting his resignation to Prof Soz Sham Lal Sharma had claimed that he was forced to hand over the resignation to his party leader because Chief Minister was not present in the state.
