Terrorists killed in Kathua Attack-Hiranagar-Dayalachak Area

When Fidayeens cut short journey of their life, pumped bullets to devastate their dreams

50 year old Sahib Singh, 24 years old Gurpreet Singh and 35 year old Kamaljeet Singh were keen on returning home in the wee hours of Friday.

Bolero used in Kathua-Attack-Hiranagar-Dayalachak-JammuTogether they were working in the Najwal based ashram and only last evening they had finished painting work.

In the wee hours when three of them boarded the Bolero bearing registration number JK21A -7670 along with care taker of the ashram they had not imagined the journey would turn out to be their last journey.

Two of the five occupants of the SUV could not survive the day and were killed at the hands of the fidayeens in early morning strike.

Caretaker Ajit Ram, hailing from Vijaypur was the first one who succumbed to their bullet injuries as fidayeens opened indiscriminate firing.

The driver of the SUV Tarsem Lal who drove them to Janglote forest area was also eliminated by them in a gruesome manner before attacking the army camp in Janglote.

The fidayeens slit his throat by tying down his hands. His dead body was recovered from the Langate industrial area late in the evening.

The three others Sahib Singh and Gurpreet Singh are still battling for their lives in the Government Medical college hospital. After intercepting them near Tarnah nallah bridge in Dayalachak area of Kathua district the fidayeens had forced them to step down from the Bolero and later pumped bullets.

The duo had received multiple bullet injuries in the upper torso and lower portion of their body. Kamajeet turned out to be lucky of them all. He escaped unhurt barring ankle injury.
