Govt. orders transfers and postings in the Civil administration

The Government today ordered following transfers and postings in the civil administration with immediate effect:

Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Sonamarg, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, vice Mr. Ghulam Mohammad Dar.

Mr. Ravi Kanth, KAS, Secretary, J&K State Electricity Regulatory Commission with additional charge of Secretary, J&K Water Resources Regulatory Authority, has been posted as Secretary, J&K Water Resources Regulatory Authority, on full time basis.

Mr. Javed Iqbal Balwan, KAS, Special Officer, Auqaf, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department.

Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, KAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Kashmir, against an available vacancy.

Mr. Nisar Ahmad Wani, KAS, OSD with the Hon’ble Minister of State for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary to Government, School Education Department, has been posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Revenue Department.

Mr. Ali Afsar Khan, KAS, Additional Secretary to Government, Home Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Industries and Commerce Department.

Dr. Ravi Shanker Sharma, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Public Works (R&B) Department.

Mr. Ghulam Mohammad Dar, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, against an available vacancy.

Mr. Bhawani Rakwal, KAS, Additional Secretary to Government, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Jammu, against an available vacancy.
